Rebranding Identity, Paint Scheme, and Social Media Assets

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and iRacing

Parnell Racing, a well-known team in the F1 community, switched to a new platform to begin a new era. Having created graphics for the team since 2023, Liam Parnell asked me to revamp his team's identity.

Liam wanted something modern and exciting that showed competitiveness and fun as he wished his future team to be. The team would need a new logo showcasing the new change and a new livery that could capture the new Parnell Racing. When creating the logo, a "modern" look could mean anything to anyone, but what it meant to me was sharp edges and straight lines. Liam is thinking forward about his team's future and incorporating that idea into the logo to complete the design I was looking for.

Along with the new logo for Liam, I created an announcement video to get everyone excited for the following age of Parnell Racing. Including a new livery!

Julian Lok wanted Parnell Racing to have a clean design fitting the new team logo. Along with feedback and a new moodboard, I created these.

The livery was a notable challenge. As everyone says, "I want something unique. Something that no one else has." For every nickel I heard that sentence, I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but anyway. The livery comprised the logo itself. Taking the arrow I created and making it into a pattern where the arrow fades from a thin line to a wider arrow helped make the livery special.
